This letter of recommendation for Nathan Churchill is a delight to write! His service to our family as our agent in the sale of my brother’s property after his passing was immeasurably valuable and treasured.

My brother’s home on Page Street in San Francisco is an historic, Victorian property built in the late 1800s. There was quite a bit of
property maintenance that was very overdue because of my brother’s
poor health over the last decade.

Nathan not only had the big heart to take on this sale, but he gave the project his ALL. As the trustee, I knew no one in the San Francisco area and I needed help choosing the many specialists and workers to hire to bring the property up to sellable condition. Everyone that Nathan offered for my consideration I ended up hiring and they all performed magnificently.

Nathan is the best agent that we could have ever chosen to sell this property. Not only for his decades of experience in real estate in the Bay Area, but for his deep love and knowledge about Victorian properties.

The sale was a magical event! Not only did he do these things, he always had our family’s back at every turn. Nathan was willing to help in whatever way he could to make my job as the seller as stress-free as possible. With Nathan’s guidance and everyone’s hard work, it was barely 4weeks from the MLS listing to closing!

Nathan, I wanted to take a moment to let you know how much I appreciate your incredible efforts to sell our 8th Avenue property.
You are a true professional in the finest sense of the word. From
your first presentation to the trustee and the beneficiaries with their attorneys, to the final agreement on selling terms, you were simply
the best.

This was far from a simple sale. We had a trustee in his eighties whose family had owned the building since 1927. He was emotionally attached to the building in dozens of different ways and was heart-broken that the time had come to sell. We had two opposing attorneys representing beneficiaries who were sure the building was worth far more than common sense dictated and finally we had a parade of would-be buyers trying to make a “deal of a lifetime” with their various schemes. To top it off, we had a rent controlled property where the tenants were pretty sure it was not in their best interest to have the property shown at all. In the end, you put together a rock solid deal that sailed through escrow.

Through your gracious manner and a world of experience you walked probably 200 people through the building with nary a complaint. Without a doubt, you are one of the premier realtors in the business.
If at any time I can be of help in assuring a future seller or buyer that you are the right choice, please let me know and I will be glad to tell
them of your dedication, professionalism, and your ability to get the
job done. It was a pleasure doing business with you.

I am writing to commend Nathan Churchill. We were very fortunate to have him work with us during the recent sale of our house in San Francisco. He has an elegant charm and professionalism that makes him a joy to work with.

Nathan has a deep understanding of the market and knows what a buyer is looking for. Our house needed a lot of work to prepare it for sale. He was our guide during the renovation and helped us focus our energy and budget on those things that would bring us the highest return. Because of his efforts we were able to maximize our investment to its fullest potential.

Nathan was also our guide during the selling period and when it came to choose between multiple offers his advice was invaluable. Nathan was helpful and positive throughout, and on more than one occasion handled things above and beyond the call of duty. Additionally, he managed much of the sale for us while we were out of town as we had already relocated to Los Angeles.

I would highly recommend Nathan Churchill to anyone looking to buy or sell in the San Francisco Bay Area, in fact they would be lucky to have him. He was a delight to work with and we wish we could have him represent us in the search for a new house here in L.A.

It is my pleasure to write this letter of reference for my longtime friend and real estate advisor, Mr. Nathan Churchill. Nathan and I have known each other for over 20 years and have worked closely together in real estate for almost that long. During this period of time, Nathan has functioned not only as my real estate agent but business advisor and friend.

To say that our association has been beneficial to me would be an understatement as I can honestly say I have never made a real estate decision or investment with Nathan that has not been extremely successful or profitable. This has been accomplished largely because of Nathan’s skill in knowing the market, but also in his resourcefulness as an agent and his ability to comprehensively analyze and compulsively execute all of the steps necessary in a successful financial transaction.

Finally, I would like to point out that it is Nathan’s character, above all his integrity, honesty and candidness that allow him to operate at such a successful level.

If I can be of further assistance by recounting in greater depth the chronology and detail of financial dealings with Nathan or anything else about his qualifications, please do not hesitate to call. It has been my
pleasure over the last 20 years to know Nathan and to work with him and I would hope to continue this relationship in the future.
