Personal Background

Nathan Churchill has been a San Francisco realtor and investor since the late 1970s representing buyers and sellers of residential and commercial real estate and the sale of hundreds of houses and condos, new condominium developments, and apartment complexes and office buildings throughout the Bay Area.

Nathan Joined Coldwell Banker Realty in 1995 after having been an owner-partner in two successful real estate companies.  He has been a top producer with Coldwell Banker ever since, achieving numerous awards from the Residential and commercial divisions, including the Presidents Premier Status, awarded to the top one percent of sales associates internationally.

Known for his innovative marketing style, negotiating skills and achieving exceptional investment opportunities, Nathan serves his clients with enthusiasm and integrity.  He lives in an Ashbury Heights Victorian mansion that he developed as condominiums, and he enjoys the arts and culture of our marvelous city, history, archaeology and world travel.

Education:  University of Minnesota, U.C. Berkeley, Fuller Theological Seminary, B.A., M.A. in History, Classics & Theology.
